In the self-service you can do this directly at the bottom of a specific quote request within 10 days of receiving it.

You can reset your password. Go to the Company Profile tab in your 24/7 online account.
How can I update or adjust my account?
You can update your account settings by logging into your online account. You can make changes yourself by utilising your login dashboard and details.
Can I select the area I want to receive quote requests from?
Go to the Targeting tab in your 24/7 online account. You can select the area of your choice and you will only receive quote requests from that particular area.
Can I select the lead categories I want to receive quote requests for?
Go to the Targeting tab in your 24/7 online account. You can select your categories and you will only receive quote requests from those categories.
Can I set a maximum amount of quote requests to receive?
Just contact us to set or adjust your maximum.
How can I control my budget?
Go to the Limits tab in your 24/7 online account. You can easily add a limit to the number of quote requests you receive to control your monthly budget.
Can I temporarily pause my account?
Go to the Company Profile tab in your 24/7 online account to pause your account at anytime.
How do I change my billing method?
Go to the Billing tab in your 24/7 online account to change your billing method. Your financial data is secured and encrypted by Adyen N.V. and SmartDebit.
Is my account secure?
Your confidential information is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Send us an email within 60 days of your account activation and state that you wish to cancel your account using the 60 day money back guarantee.

How do I receive my invoice?
